[FIXED] [Monk][WW] Storm earth and fire + artifact power + fist of fury

Bug description: ok, so the thing is : When i use storm earth and fire and use strike of the windlord my artifact power and immediately cast fist of fury my clones from storm earth and fire are doing just auto attacks they are not using fist of fury to, and this happens too if i use fist of fury first then strike of the windlord. + sometimes happens that the clones are just not using fist of fury when i use it.

Yes, is still happening and this affects very hard the dmg of monk.You can see the the ss that my clones are just staying and aa the dummy when i am in fist of fury
