You should be able to gain [Pressure Point](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=247255&name=pressure-point) even if you interup [FoF](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=113656&name=fists-of-fury) by casting another spell after the FoF GCD end.

That can be traced via sequencing time stamps of:
Pressure point

For example FoF casted at 00:00:08.916 and then Pressure Point appeared at 00:00:10.292. That is a 1.376 sec of FoF duration which was most evidently interrupted by player using Rising Sun Kick.
