Bug description: Spell description says WDP only usable while FoF and RSK on cooldown. I noticed that i have about 3 sec cd left on RSK (while FoF on cd) and i can't use WDP. Don"t know if its a bug with trinket Nightmare Egg Shell (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=137312&name=nightmare-egg-shell).
Proof: You can easily test it on dummy, but later i can post picture.

Confirmed, I'm guessing because Nightmare Egg shell gives haste and reduces the cd of RSK/FoF the game thinks that they're not on cd thus you cant use WDP
