[FIXED] [Multiple] HoT effects vs CC

WoW Freakz spell link: Rushing Jade Wind and most likely Spinning Crane Kick too (both only on Mistweaver spec), Conversion
Bug description: The HoT effect of these spells are breaking CCs. So far I've only found out the following:
RJW - breaks Scatter Shot, Freezing Trap, Polymorph
Conversion - breaks Freezing Trap, Polymorph

Fixed, problema era la Polymorph, Ring of Frost, Freezing Trap, Scatter Shot, dispareau la ~orice positive hit, gen si direct healing.
CC-urile astea sunt putin diferite de restul, au mecanism de remove total diferit. Ar trebui sa fie ok, sper ca nu sunt si alte CC-uri care sunt in situatia asta
