Fallen Protectors
Vengeful Strikes
Defiled Ground.

Norushen
Piercing Corruption

Galakras
Poison-Tipped Blades
Shattering Strike

Iron Juggernaut
Flame Vents

Kor'kron Dark Shaman
Froststorm Strike

General Nazgrim
Sundering Blow

Malkorok
Fatal Strike

Most of these spells have nothing to do with what this topic is about, "increased damage taken", they're simple "deal X damage", what are you talking about?

Here is just a list of the ones that have a stacking damage increase, that I can think of. I'm certain that more experienced tanks and players could contribute more.

Self Doubt
100 yd range
Instant
The caster reveals the deepest doubts of the victim, causing them to suffer 50% more damage from the Amalgam's next Unleashed Anger.

Fatal Strike
40 yd range
Instant
Fatally strikes an enemy, increasing their damage taken by 5%. This effect stacks.

Piercing Corruption
Melee range
1 sec cast
The caster strikes at the target, inflicting a piercing strike of 70,000 Physical damage. This attack [b]bypasses absorption[/b] effects but can be avoided and blocked.

Ignite armor
Melts an enemy's armor, increasing Fire damage taken by 5% for 30 sec. This sears the target's flesh for 14624 to 15375 damage every 1 second.

Froststorm Strike
6 yd range
Instant
Deals 325000 Frost damage and causes the target to take 25% additional Froststorm Strike damage for 30 sec.

Sundering Blow
5 yd range
Next Melee 2 sec cooldown
Inflicts 660000 Physical damage and sunders the target's armor, reducing armor by 10% for 30 sec. Generates 5 rage per stack of Sundering Blow on the target.

Fixed:
- Vengeance now includes offensive boss damage modifiers (Fatal Strike / Self Doubt) but in the same time also ignores defensive player damage modifiers (Shield Wall, etc)
- Now also triggers from DoTs (Ignite Armor, etc). Up until now Vengeance wasn't triggering at all from DoTs
