[FIXED] NPC Downfall cant be killed

Bug description: For killing this NPC I should fly with that and attacking but I cant fly with.I can loot Demon Hunter artifact from this.

Confirmed.

The spell Furious Winds around him doesn't seem to work anymore. It should keep you in his range, so you can kill him.
