[FIXED] [Night Elf][Racial] Touch of Elune vs. Instances

Bug description: Night Elves have a racial passive "Touch of Elune" which is supposed to grant 1% Crit or 1% Haste based on if it is daytime or nighttime, additionally all instances count as daytime. The day and night cycle works based on server time, however instances do not grant Critical chance, which they should at all times.

Run this script:

If Elune Day returns 'true', Bonus Crit should return a number greater by one as opposed to when Elune Day returns 'false'
