[FIXED] [Orgozoa] Death in P2 Abuse/Exploit

After reaching Phase 2 on Orgozoa, wiping does not trigger death on players who remain alive via Invisibility/Feign Death or those who revive via Soulstone. Since all the raid members can remain downstairs after the boss has reseted, a mass resurrection on a healer with Soulstone will allow players to respawn and potentially pull the boss on the bridge, ignoring the pools in the first room.

In addition, the boss should always teleport your body at the entrance to the first chamber when the encounter ends. See Proof 2.

3. Resetting the boss in Phase 1 should not kill players inside the room, it should work as a normal boss reset. At the moment on Freakz it will kill all players.
