i dont now how u reject it i think u dont understand what i am talking about! i am talking about ppm and proc

15PPM was for pre mop!!!!!!cata ..wotlk

in 5.1 they apply hot fix to make it 20PPM!!!( they add 33% more chance)

what i report is this : PPM SHOULD BE 20 IN MOP NOT 15 watch the spell link pls! it say it is 15ppm here!

Edit: Proc rate increased 33% to make up for the recent bug fix with how this seal interacts with Hammer of the Righteous. This would make it a 20ppm seal and a 86.7% proc chance with a 2.6 speed weapon, and a 93.3% proc chance with a 2.8 speed weapon. Its 100% with any weapons with a speed of 3 or higher.

Note: The PPM was buffed in MoP to 20 PPM (a buff of 33%) which would mean any weapon with a weapon speed of 3 seconds or greater would have a 100% chance to proc the seal.

i say we have not 33% chance buff which applied as hot fix in 5.1 and we still have cata ppm
