[FIXED] [Paladin][Holy] Beacon of Faith too low healing

Bug description: It should transfer 32% healing but currently does only transfer 20% of the heal to beacon targets.
The description says beacon of faith works at 20% effectiveness. This is related to the 40% it normally transfers, 20% of 40% are 32%.
