[FIXED] [Paladin][Holy] Devotion aura vs Devotion aura

Bug description: Aura mastery does not affect the whole raid with 2 paladins using devotion aura.
If i use my aura mastery the whole raid has 20% aura for 1-2 sec and then nearly everyone gets overwritten by the 1% from 2nd paladin.

Like in my 2nd screen it's the common case to have nearly the whole raid overwritten by a lower devotion aura.

Update: Maybe the bug is that the aura can't stack multiple times on a target, but I am not sure if it should even stack.
