Bug description: Lay on Hands should not transfer healing via beacon of virtue
Proof: I found this forum topic about it.

For example BoV and all other beacons have it in blacklist = don't transfer healing list.

Also i remember looking into some holy pala PoV regarding this and it didn't transfer.

only Light Of The Martyr work when you have [Maraad's Dying Breath] and get debuff.

paladins lose big heal cd in freakz
