Light of the martyr vs Justice Through Sacrifice

Bug description:
So... Light of the martyr as the tooltip says should inflict dmg on me equal to 50% of the healing done, but it inflicts 65% as you can see on the following photos by doing the math...

Here comes Justice Through Sacrifice , seems like it doesnt incrase just the healing done, it incrases dmg taken aswell, thing that it shouldn't...

Have to specify that i couldn't test in any way if the Justice Through Sacrifice is the trully reason..But i didnt found any other reason why i'm taking exactly 65% dmg and not 50%..This is the only thing that may cause that..

Proof:

http://imgur.com/a/SQZCE ----- With Artifact Weapon + Artefact Trait ----- 65% ---- do the math

http://imgur.com/a/Ves8a ------ Without Artifact weapon & trait ----- 45% ---- do the math

Without Artefact Trait it is 45% not 50% -- must be fixed that aswell...

Now it is the same percentage..but is not 50% as you can see.. is around +- 45% ... May you test on a paladin or something to see if is same for all or just for me????

It's your versatility that modifies the damage output. I am not entirely sure how it is on retail. Versatility is a weird thing, it seemingly applies to everything. Need proof from retail that it should not reduce incoming damage for spells like this.

On 0 versatility it deals exactly 50%

Oke so..Tested it again, this time with Divine Protection ..

http://imgur.com/a/3Vwoo --- Took @ 30% dmg done from LotM ----

http://imgur.com/a/yvvpg --- My versatillity photo --- 1% --- 0.5% dmg reduced --- won't affect LotM so much...

Found here some topic where some guys where talking about that aswell..
https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/20748977369

So i think you may be right and the Dmg take from LotM should be reduced by addition dmg reduction spells...

I am sure that it should be reduced by auras that reduce damage taken. Problem was that it was increased by auras that increased damage DONE. So it got the +15% from the trait.
The auras that decrease damage taken are applied ALWAYS. My only concern is versatility. I am not sure if that should reduce incoming damage or not Thinking

Well, i dont think i'll find something sure 100% about that..
So is your call if you make it reduce or not the dmg taken from LotM..
But once it says also "reduce dmg taken" i think it should, does it?

I am 99% sure that it should reduce the damage, as there are several other spells that have the same mechanic (deal x% of the healing done to someone else), and for those I actually had with what to test (I have several characters on retail, but no paladin sadly), and versatility did reduce those effect. So I'll mark this post as fixed, since the original issue was fixed, and disregard the versatility reduction. In case someone can bring me solid proof, I'll accept it, but until then, I'll close this report
