[FIXED] [Paladin][Holy] T19 4set vs LotM vs IoL

Bug description: Since a while I am using the t19 4set with my holy Paladin and I am happy that you fixed the previous problem with it very fast.
Now this bug with LotM consuming proccs of infusion combined with the 4set makes the set bonus even useless in most situations.
You may consume the first procc but often you have to use a LotM to spot heal some critical dmg (before using both infusion proccs).
This leads to the LotM soaking nearly always one of my 2 infusion proccs and i have to play around it by consuming proccs with the faster Holy Light cast.
It's not entirely bad, but still it reduces my overall healing performance and makes the set bonus very weak in fights with high burst dmg on single targets.

I know this topic is more or less duplicate, but i still wanted to open it so i can comment/add this to the already confirmed bug.

But with t19 bonus it gets more severe and really annoying.

I will just confirm this one aswell, and once quicksand marks this or the other one as "fixed" i will reject the other one.
