Bug description: Talent not working correctly . when u heal target afflicted by poison or disease , the cleanse ability of paladin automatically goes for 8 sec cd.

How to Reproduce: Take Pure of Heart pvp talent . tell a arogue or dk put disease on you . heal yourself . you will see cleanse ability goes cooldown

Confirmed.

Pure of Heart gives you 8s cd on Cleanse and this also locks the trait for 8s.
It should basically always remove disease and poison (also from other healers 20y around you) and not give cd on cleanse.
