[FIXED] [Paladin][Legendary] Heathcliff's Immortality

Bug description: Holy paladin also has consecration which lets the legendary buff 4% dmg reduce.
Tested on ret too with the tier 1 talent, but does not procc there only in holy specc.
The fact that this is a protection legendary should not let it procc in other speccs.
Maybe useless because you won't heal with it anyway, but "could" be abused in some way.

Says in whitelist for trigger "ConsecrationProt", I don't trust askmrrobot 100% but in this case it makes sense.
