[FIXED] [Paladin][Protection] Light of Titans/Hand of the Protector

WoW Freakz spell link: Light of the Titans
Bug description: After fixing Light of the protector ( https://forum.wow-freakz.com/view-post-5563164.html ), this Spell/Artifact trait stopped working. It no longer "Light of the Protector will also heal for 0 (+100% AP) over 15 seconds."
Proof: http://imgur.com/SBjTr82 After using the spell, Light of the Protector ( you can see on cooldown), I don't get the buff/healing

This is a bug referent to the Artifact, but also involves a spell, so that's why I reported it here.
