[FIXED] [Paladin][Retribution] Hand of Light (mastery)

WoW Freakz spell link: Hand of Light
Bug description: Doesn't work for Hammer of Wrath and Hammer of the Righteous

LE: Also it's reduced by resilience and it shouldn't. It was posted and fixed back in Cataclysm but now the bug has returned.

If you need more proof here's a video from 5.4.8 retail and some screenshots:
- @ Blizz 33% mastery -> 40.204 dmg with Hammer of Wrath and 17.586 dmg with Hand of Light (ss1, ss2)
- @ Freakz 35% mastery -> 26.744 dmg with Templar's Verdict and 4.212 dmg with Hand of Light (ss)


El da 43% dmg cu HoL, eu dau 15% (de aproape 3 ori mai putin) cu toate ca am mai mult mastery.

In caz ca vin altii sa comenteze (si sigur o s-o faca), bug-ul a fost si pe Blizz o vreme, dar dupa cum se vede din video, in 5.4.8 era reparat.

It was already ignoring resilience for players but not training dummies resilience, fixed (although this wasn't anything important)
