This is not a visual bug but still I count it as low priority due to its sheer irrelevance in gameplay.

When you use cleanse as holy paladin on nothing to dispell you get no cooldown just mana costs (thats how it should work).
When you use cleanse toxin as retribution or protection paladin on nothing to cleanse it goes on CD for no particular reason (bug).
