Bug description: Sometimes procs 6-7 times in a row which makes paladins hard to kill even if they are played by girls.
Proof: Here i got like 4 procs in 10 seconds , sometimes i got even more than 6 procs..but it's random and hard to record.

They mentioned really way ago that it's not spell fault, it's just server core having issues with procs that have 20% or more, those are proccing too much in general.

What are you talking about? That's not true, please stop spreading false info, this is how invalid bugs are invented

I did some research on Divine Purpose and that 25% proc chance should be normalized based on Holy Power consumed. If you cast a spell with 1 Holy Power, the chance will be 8%, 2 holy power = 16%, 3 holy power = 25%. I fixed this part, HOWEVER, I would like to kill this myth of "invalid/higher proc chances/etc", I saw lots of invalid bug reports on this issue:

Up until now, we had a fixed proc chance of 25% and you guys said "omg it's not 25% it's way bigger". It was not. I added a debug log to show me what happens internally, the chance/results you see in the chat is what the core sees/uses, there are no other "hidden"/whatever chances/mechanics


You guys don't seem to understand how RNG works. Even with a 25% chance, there's a possibility that you can get 1 million procs one after another, or you can have 1 million hits with 0 procs. That's why blizzard implemented RPPM (Real Procs Per Minute) system for trinkets which uses a totally different and more controlled mechanic.
