[FIXED] Paragon reputation still not working after fix

Bug description: The fix isn't implemented,even though on site it says they are fixed, I didn't get any rep from doing world quests and also by turning in emissary.Please take a look into this and if you can reset my valarjar emissary because I want this rep first just so I can get the drake.

As you can see I didn't get any rep.





Also the drop rate for all the mounts on freakz from the paragon chest is 2.5%. Although on retail its much more higher and different for each one.

On freakz every mount has 2.5% chance. Please take a look at this too because the mounts look really cool.

Doing wq's don't award rep for paragon either.

Assault World Quests also don't contribute to paragon reputation (at least in Stormheim).

Bug description: Said that reputation was repaired, but I did 4 quest for the reputation of the Weavers of dreams and I will not count any reputation.

There was a problem with quests not being able to reward players with reputation after you have reached the maximum cap to that specific faction.
