Wowhead/WoW Freakz Link: Chakra Sanctuary
Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu creste healul la Renew cu 15% cum scrie in tooltip. (posibil si la celelalte dar nu stiu sa testez.)

Se poate observa destul de clar cum este exact acelasi heal si cu Chakra si fara Chakra .

Lol i made a topic way before this one about the same crap, please search next time! But i confirm this, its so depressing to see this happen....

You can play the entire game from ur Garrison/SW/OG nice mmo would play again Kappa. Retail WoW 2016™

If I understand this one good it should be fixed but after i tested it seems like it is still not working.
