[FIXED] [Priest][Disc]Atonement - Heal modifiers

[Atonement](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=81749&name=atonement) is not affected by healing modifiers as of the moment making healing trinkets and healing modifier essences useless and this is reducing the healing of disc priest by around 31% on average not related to ilevel.

As we can see here from some logs we found, the priest stacked [rising tides](https://images-ext-1.discordapp.net/external/rU0DMAjJoCIBM5Xg0GB0hC8AJ4_1DJNfM72vTzvhfeA/https/i.imgur.com/B7VIvkG.png) and it transferred around 38k healing from a 40k damage Schism like [here](https://images-ext-1.discordapp.net/external/PlogguAy0Lw1Gd_7QlPVWx--0aWRg4c6dDdv0My2vr8/https/i.imgur.com/SkbLkD8.png). This includes the overcharge stacked to 7(21% heal increase), plus [Jellyweed](https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=169312&name=luminous-jellyweed) (10% heal increase) which on retail applies as a healing mod for Atonement and it does not on Freakz as of yet due to this issue.
