[FIXED] [Priest][Discipline][Artifact] Light's Wrath granting no damage increase per trait

Bug description:

Traits are supposed to passively grant discipline a 0.5% damage increase, but they currently grant no damage increase.

Testing method was by using a trial character boosted to 100, and a fresh artifact. Only the first trait was granted for a smite damage increase. The first screenshot is taken with one trait. The second screenshot, I cleared recount, and smited with 34 traits spent. The screenshots show no damage increase at all.
