Aici spune:

Your Dispel Magic spell also heals your target for 3% of maximum health when you successfully dispel a magical effect.

Am testat glyph-ul si am observat k nu primesc acel heal de 3% din totalul meu de hp, sau mai bine zis nu primesc heal deloc...
