Bug description: Currently in pvp, divine hymn cause prayer of mending to jump between all targets even outside of LOS (which is ok), however outside of pvp players needs to be in LOS (i initially thought it was caused by rapid mending talent, but it was not)

I tested this both in pvp instance (skirms) and outside and both seemed to not jump to the target outside LoS and simply dispawn.

Both situation should fail tbh, Renew the Faith still had LoS check. Removed it from there as well.
