Bug description: Smth happend these days with Echo of light,the mechanic isn't workin properly(u can see in the video that I can get a stack of x milions which isn't right)

Seems ok now, it looked like there was a problem when combining new heals with the leftover echo of light before. Now you correctly reach a plateaux on echo of light which you cannot exceed. Quick example, spamming flash heals on my priest will bring me up to max 112-125k echoes now, wont go higher than this even if i keep doing it 5 minutes straight.

Should wait for more feedback though.
