[FIXED] [Priest][Holy] Lightwell HP and heal

Bug description: If Lightwell is supposed to behave like a totem, then you should not be able to heal or shield it. It's HP should also be increased. I don't know exactly by how much, but the post below mentions it having 300k hp.

Update: HP should be 50% of the priest's HP

@10:00 priest has 418k hp, lightwell has 209k
