Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Trebuie sa dea damage si pe target. Schimbarea asta a fost implementata in patch-ul 4.1.

This is both good and bad. Its nice to target targets that are currently CC:ed, like sheeps, and not get them to break from the AOE.
