Description of the bug
----------------
If a shadow priest uses https://fr.wowhead.com/spell=15487/silence on a player and just after also uses https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=316262 (wowhead link) (while its target is still silenced), it makes the targeted player unable to cast any magic spells until he logs off.
It only happens with classes based with mana as a priority or secondary ressource (mages, paladins, shamans, warlocks, druids, ...).

Can be abused in arenas, bgs.

How to reproduce
----------------
- Get a level 60 shadow priest and a level 60 mage in a duel or in a world pvp combat
- Priest needs to use https://fr.wowhead.com/spell=15487/silence and https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=316262 (wowhead link) on the mage instantly or 1-2s after
- The mage will not be able to cast any spell until he logs off

How it should be

You should be able to cast all your spells except the one that was stolen by the
https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=316262 (wowhead link) under the duration of this effect.
You should be able to cast all your spells after the duration of this effect.
