Bug description: Currently Renew is ticking instantly at apply on all specs, it should only tick at apply on Holy spec due to Rapid Renewal, bug report for that is here https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Priest-PvP-PvE-Rapid-Renewal-t432058.html
