Bug description: Dupa ce castezi Devouring Plague in momentul in care castezi Mind Flay iti pune inca un GCD in plus din nimic, fara sa casteze Insanity, ceea ce inseamna ca pierzi 1 secunda din durata Devouring Plague.
Proof: Se poate testa usor in encounter cel mai sigur, se intampla si la dummy dar mai rar.

Any news? Shadow's currently unplayable at its form with this talent, you lose too much uptime on mind flay after using Devouring plague. This GCD is ridiculous.

LE: Nu reusesc sa'l uploadez pe youtube, dar l'am pus aici.
Se observa cum dupa ce castez devouring plague, incep sa spamez mind flay in acel gcd, dar dupa ce se termina acel gcd se mai pune inca unul fara channel la mind flay, cu toate ca ar trebui sa fie in queue.
