[FIXED] [Priest] [Shadow] Psyfiend - Honor Talent in PVE

Bug description: I went to the world boss Nithogg , and meanwhile i was trying to kill him , i hit an aliance player , and i could use the Psyfiend on the boss. I don't really know if you should be able to use Psyfiend on pve targets, since it's a honor talent.
Proof: http://imgur.com/a/jL7Lc , as you can see on the recount he did so much dmg , because he does 2% of the target's HP every 0.8 seconds for 12 seconds and since the boss has so much HP ,the pet did a lot
