[FIXED] [Priest] [Shadow] Shadow fiend low dmg

Bug description: So in the 1st video I used the shadow fiend immediately after i entered the voidform and it did almost the same dmg like in the 2nd video where i had like 70+ stacks of voidform + Power Infusion (which gives me 25% haste). The shadow fiend should deal a lot more damage, because he scales with my haste. Now the spell is useless, it's just a global cd not worth using.

Please do note that even though the fix is marked as "live", I didn't manage to finish uploading it before the scheduled restart, so counting from NOW (see the time above) it will go live with the next restart.
