WoW Freakz link: Ember of Taeshalach, Molten Remnants
Character name: Elzar/Mertrax
Bug description: In both intermissions, once we grip an add in the boss and it explodes, the add creates molten remnant on the floor, even though those molten remnants should spawn ONLY if we kill the add with abilities, not if we explode it in the boss.

At 3;20 you see Method grip an add in the boss, it explodes yet there is no Molten Remnant left on the ground. At 4;20 you can see the small add dying in the middle of the room and it spawns a Molten remnant circle right away.
Right now the way it works on Freakz is like this, https://youtube.com/watch?v=FEMbseIjV1Y:

At 3;42 when we grip an add in the boss, it explodes and it spawns a circle on the ground, it should not. Also, when we kill the adds, at 2;48, you can see that two adds die in the middle of the room, and they spawn the molten remnants, which is fine.

I could not recreate this at all, tried it on mythic during first intermission, after the first intermission, during the 2nd and after the 2nd, I tried gripping the mobs, walking the boss over them, letting them run into him enraged or not and everything seemed fine, gave it a good 30 min before giving up, I'll leave thread open in case someone else wants to pick it up

Seems like mobs have a tiny window of time that they're still alive after exploding in which you can kill them again and have them "die twice", once applying the debuff to the raid and the second time "naturally" where they leave the puddle and this is the cause of the puddles
