Bug description: If you do what most groups on retail were doing, and you pull the boss towards the starting area where you zone in the dungeon, the boss won't cast Banish In Time at all. I've been able to reproduce this in 3 different instances so far therefore I'm fairly sure this is what's causing the issue.
Proof: I did not record any of the times this has happened, but I'm fairly certain it should happen 100% of the time.
