[FIXED] [PvE] Boss adds vs Raging affix

Bug description: Some boss adds benefit from the raging affix when they get low which shouldn't happen.
Proof:
For example in maw of souls the fragments of Harbadon benefit from raging(making them deal double damage to the affected player)

At 10:50 you can see the dk has target on a fragment with 23% and it has no raging buff https://prnt.sc/t00io1

Another example in seat of the triumvirate at viceroy nehzar (this does not affect gameplay but is another example that this happens in multiple places)

At minute 23:54 the ret is onr of the two adds that spawn and they don't get raging

Other dungeons with boss adds have to be checked as well

Yea, I've seen so far yesterday in the mos I did the fragments were affected by raging, I can confirm this bug happens.

I do not know exactly which mobs do and don't (some adds do and some don't, it's inconsistent) since I have not done all dungeons this week but i can make a list for you to check, for adds that impact gameplay.

Eye of Azshara:
Warlord Parjesh - 2 adds spawned by the boss (Work Fine)
Serpentrix - the 2 heads (Work Fine)

Cathedral of Eternal Night: - works fine

Black rook hold:

Illysana Ravencrest - 2 adds spawned during the encounter (Work Fine)
Lord Ravencrest - stinging swarm add (Work Fine)

Court of Stars:

Patrol Captain Gerdo - signal beacon adds (Work Fine)
Talixae Flamewreath - imps (Work Fine)

Dark hearth ticket:

Archdruid Glaidalis - nightfall adds (Work Fine)
Oakhearth - uproot adds (not that important since they just melee the tank mostly) (Work Fine)

Halls of Valor:

Fenryr - small wolves spawned (Will be applied in next restart)
Skovald - green fell adds (Will be applied in next restart)
Odyn - stormforged obliterator add (Work Fine)

Maw of Souls:

Ymiron - arise fallen adds (Work Fine)
Harbadon - fragment adds (Will be applied in next restart)

Neltharion's Lair:

Rokmora - small spider crab adds (Will be applied in next restart)
Ularog - the totems spawned(Will be applied in next restart)
Dargul - magma golem (Will be applied in next restart)

Vault of the wardens:

Tirathon - fell adds spawneed in havoc phase (Will be applied in next restart)
Inquisitor tormentum - each corner room adds (this was a problem last patches too so check this) (Will be applied in next restart)
Ash'golm - lava adds (Will be applied in next restart)
Cordana - avatar adds (Will be applied in next restart)

Arcway:

Nalithria - spiders spawned during the boss (Work Fine)
Advisor Vandros - wraiths during banish in time phase (Work Fine)

Seat of triumvirate:
L'ura - rift warden and waning void adds (Work Fine)

Karazhan:
Opera bosses - many adds spawned and there were problems with forti/tyra scaling there so give it a check
Moroes - adds (Work Fine)
Shade of Medivh - guardian's image special adds (the birds) (Work Fine)
Viz'aduum the watcher - adds on 3rd platform

Will update the list with what triggers and what does not as i do some more m+
