I know it's already confirmed and everything but here's further proof, this should really become a priority fix for dht because it turns high m+ into such a gamble, look at the skada record of someone death and the damage leading up to it.
5 ticks of the roar (not the falling rocks) took him from 88.1% HP down to 1.4% hp, that's almost 1.4 million damage that is unavoidable.

I don't know but I'm doing daily at least 5-6 DHT 10+ and I have never had any issue with something like 1 shooting mechanic from the dragon or that certain spell from the dragon is doing so much dmg.

Not to be a douche, but guys you have to move away from the falling rocks or don't stand in front of the tank.

@Ripens pls don't be that stupid guy that doesn't look at the proof, several proofs have been posted showing the roar hitting multiple times and either almost or killing people before they even take damage from the rocks, we know not to stand under the rocks, and the breathe is unavoidable sometimes because dresaron will just fart on you instead.
