[FIXED] [PvE] Dungeon bosses damage too low, should be 2-3x higher

Bug description: All dungeon bosses have lower damage than they should (they have damage identical to trash, which is completely wrong)

I did some research in a lot of places (youtube videos, actual retail testing, warcraft logs etc) and I have come to the following conclusion: the bosses on normal/heroic/mythic are really dealing too low damage, I made corresponding fixes and the damage boost should be ~2-3-4x (especially in heroic and mythic)... maybe even more, but we'll leave it like this for now to see how it goes

Earlier today I made an announcement ingame about having to boost damage with 10x-20x, but that was based on a wrong proof, the current damage calculation for bosses was also wrong on our core and it was higher than we initially set it, so the actual boost of damage only needs ~2-3-4x as mentioned.
