Bug description: Most dungeon trash NPCs have boss immunities and can't be CC'ed

Fixed ~all of them. If there are still random NPCs that shouldn't have immunities please open a separate bug report and we'll fix those too. We didn't remove immunities from "minibosses" / elites that have only 1 spawn in the dungeon, like https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=97185&&name=the-grimewalker
