Bug description: fel explsive spawn is randomic with wrong spawning time, it should spawns every 8-10 sec and 1 for mob, teeming DOESN'T influence their spawn, so it's 1 for mob even with teeming, also position spawn is wrong. For exemple last boss of EoA spawn like 6 orb inside the pool and not outside.

This needs to be hotfixed asap. In normal conditions (like a pull of mobs) it's not a big problem even if they are too many, just kill them fast, but in many bosses they MASSspawn in random and wrong places (general in arcway, 2nd boss in vow near eyes, etc) and they can't be done by a normal group in high keys. Not speaking of Mos textures still broken and bombs falling down.
