Bug Type: Dungeon

Bug Description : We were trying to do yesterday night the Halls of Valor dungeon. Everything worked fine until we reached the four fallen Vrykul Kings .We killed them all and after that nothing happend . Far as we know there should have came God King Skovald ( or at least spawn) in order to kill him, and after that to have access to kill Odyn. We thought it was a singural time bug, but today i saw in the chat several other players complaining about this, so i suppose it has something to do with the dungeon.
