Bug description: Majority if not all npcs in lower karazhan seem to have nearly 2-3x times more HP than they suppose to have.

Again, it is not just patrons but most of the trash, making it nearly inpossible to do on high keys in-time.

Confirmed. https://i.imgur.com/jqABmOT.jpg they have way more on 23 compared to retail,will tell the dev to check all mobs in lower kara because most of them if not all have like double the normal hp. Trello Card
