Bug description: In dungeons, if tank has aggro and is 40 yards away from the enemy forces, npc's harmful abilites shouldn't be casted on players that are in their range.

It's a little bit hard to see from the tank PoV but if you pay attention you can see me getting hitted by the lightnings from the Thundercallers.

If you watch a couple mins of the video from the time I posted you'll be able to see how the tank kites away so the enemy forces don't cast harmful abilities on the party members.

This is another example on Halls of Valor.


This is a general issue in the game as I hope you can see.

I wanted to add that not having this mechanic adds a very substantial amount of difficulty in some dungeons because the party doesn't have infinite stuns or silences to deal with many abilities that might happen at the same time or lowering the pace because you need to make way smaller pulls to not wipe the entire party.

Same goes for Imps + Caster NPCs in Votw, they dont move even after being interrupted.
