[FIXED] [PvE] PvP Elites/Rares dont drop honor

Bug description: The PvP rares in Krasang Wild do not drop honor as they are supposed to when killed. They did on live drop honor after doing the first part of the 5.1 quest chain (Which I complete)

Go to the Krasang PvP elites section and it states "However unlike most other rares these six also drop high level epics, these and the bonus of a guaranteed honor point token makes them highly valuable to many players." With proof of a drop.

Confirmed.
They are supposed to drop 250 honor points (increased by guild perk) as seen here: http://wow.gamepedia.com/Kar_Warmaker (Just one example, applies to all six of course).
But, they are only supposed to drop them once per day, as seen in the patch notes: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/game/patch-notes/5-4-7 (in the "Creatures" category)
