Bug description: This is still happening on Shroud Hound on MoS.
There could be others mobs, need to be tested.

Also Eye of Azshara first packs of mobs leading to first Boss if you go straight down

It's happening because some mobs use the SmartAI system. I will change that to PvE AI to avoid such issues, the changes will be applied progressively in the affected dungeons.
