[FIXED] [PvE] Reforging - recent issues with stats calculations

Bug description: I'm not sure if this is due to recent re-writing in the reforging script, but it seems like there's a problem with it. I think it gives the full value of the stat you're reforging into the next one, and due to that, it's harder for ReforgeLite (or any similar addon that calculates reforges to arrive flush at the caps) to accurately calculate stats.
Proof:
Ok, as you can see on this picture, my expertise is at 4.871. The item I want to reforge, the gloves, to whom I substract haste, should give me around 360 expertise, enough to reach the expertise hard cap of 5.100.

BUT! This happens:



And as you can see, I end up with 5.771 expertise. I did not reforge anything else. =/ Can you explain how I get such a result?

Same problem here , i suspect it to be a result from the challange dungeons because i tested this by going back in the dungeon i have done yesterday which was temple of the jade serpent and , i'm not even kidding , every time i get in and out the dungeon i lose 0,03% haste , the following prints confirm this : BEFORE : http://prnt.sc/bz09ko

The stats are literally lost and don't get transformed into any other stat or something like that . Btw , as you can tell from one of those printscreens , my expertise and hit are destroyed aswell

Fixed, I messed up @recent challenge mode downscaling, was affecting all reforges everywhere. Should be ok now (after this restart)
