Currently https://www.wowhead.com/npc=168011/zosorg sells 200 ilvl conduits whatever the player's rating.

https://www.wowhead.com/npc=168011/zosorg should sells conduits with different ilvl depending to your rating :

- 200 ilvl for 0-1799 rating
- 213 ilvl for 1800-2099 rating
- 226 ilvl for 2100+ rating
