Bug description: Unusable quest object ( In the first phase of the quest you have to use the grapple point so you can get up, thus gaining acces to slay Auditor Yvenne. Killing Auditor Yvenne does count towards quest count, but since you cannot progress past 1st stange, you can not complete quest therefore turning in is non-existent.)
