[FIXED] [Quest] Aethril Rank 3 not dropping

Bug description: Aethril rank 3 item for the quest is not being dropped
Proof: I have gathered thousens of Aerthril, I have friends that did too. The data base says that nobody has completed the quest for rank 3. So maybe, the item is just not being dropped. Could any GM check this.

Gathered thousands as well and still no drop , not like rank 3 would do anything since the ranking system is not working for herbalism and mining.
I posted all plants for herbalism with details and proof and still no fix
